01Scope
This Cookie Policy explains how Maximo AI LTD uses cookies, local storage, pixels, SDK storage, and similar browser technologies in MyTabulon websites, the web app, PWA, dashboards, public pages, and integration flows.
Cookies and local storage can be set by MyTabulon or by service providers that help us operate the platform. Some are required for the service to work. Others are optional and depend on your choices, settings, and which features are enabled.
02What Cookies Do
Cookies are small files or browser records that help a site remember information about a visit. Local storage and similar technologies can hold app preferences, consent records, session hints, PWA state, and other browser-side settings.
We use these technologies in a privacy-conscious way to run the service, protect accounts, remember choices, improve reliability, and understand whether product experiences are working as intended.
03Cookie Categories
MyTabulon groups browser technologies into practical categories so your choice is clear.
- Necessary: required for login, authentication, security, consent storage, request routing, fraud prevention, and core platform behavior.
- Preferences: remember choices such as theme, layout, workspace settings, onboarding state, PWA behavior, and other app preferences.
- Analytics: help us understand page performance, reliability, error patterns, feature usage, and product health.
- Marketing: support attribution, campaign measurement, and product communication performance where these tools are enabled.
Necessary cookies cannot be switched off inside MyTabulon because they are needed to provide and secure the service.
04Your Choices
When the cookie popup appears, you can accept all cookies, continue with necessary cookies only, or customize optional categories. We store your choice so we do not ask again unless the policy changes, your browser data is cleared, or you use a different browser or device.
You can also block, delete, or limit cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent login, dashboard features, payment flows, PWA behavior, or integrations from working properly.
05Retention
Cookie lifetimes vary by purpose. Session technologies may expire when the browser closes or when authentication ends. Preference and consent records may remain longer so the app can remember your choices. Server-side consent records help us show that a choice was made and keep a basic audit trail.
06Third-Party Services
Some features may rely on third-party providers for hosting, security, payments, email, notifications, analytics, AI infrastructure, support, and integrations. These providers may use their own technologies when they deliver services you request or when optional categories are enabled.
Your use of third-party integrations such as payment processors, messaging channels, calendars, or cloud services may also be governed by those providers' own terms and privacy notices.
07Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when MyTabulon changes, when we add or remove providers, or when legal requirements evolve. If the change is material, we may ask you to review your choices again.
