Platform terms
The rules for using MyTabulon, managing a workspace, connecting integrations, accepting payments, using Maximo AI, and subscribing to paid services.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Maximo AI LTD, a company registered in Nigeria with CAC number RC - 8496452. By creating an account, accessing MyTabulon, connecting an integration, accepting these Terms in a messaging channel, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you use MyTabulon for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" includes both you and that organization.
MyTabulon provides business operations software for CRM, customers, invoices, quotes, payments, inventory, accounting, payroll, files, tasks, approvals, dashboards, notifications, integrations, automations, and Maximo AI.
We may improve, change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform as we develop the service. We will try to avoid changes that materially reduce core paid functionality without notice.
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and maintain control of your devices, sessions, and authorized users. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace, except where caused by our breach of these Terms.
Workspace owners and administrators control team invitations, roles, permissions, connected services, business records, billing settings, and data entered into the workspace. They are responsible for ensuring their users and business contacts are authorized to use the platform.
You must use MyTabulon lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with service integrity, or use it to harm others.
You keep ownership of business data, files, records, prompts, and other content you submit to MyTabulon. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, copy, display, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the service and integrations you request.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of your content, including personal data about employees, clients, customers, vendors, and other contacts.
Maximo AI can draft, summarize, classify, search, recommend, and prepare actions using workspace context. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation.
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it, approving actions, sending messages, creating financial records, making employment decisions, or relying on it for legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, compliance, or regulated advice.
Some features require a paid plan or usage-based payment. Prices, plan limits, billing cycles, renewal rules, and included features are shown in the app or checkout flow. Taxes, bank fees, payment processor fees, currency conversion, and telecom charges may apply.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We are not a bank, card issuer, escrow provider, or regulated financial adviser. Payment links, invoices, refunds, and payout records in MyTabulon are operational tools and may require reconciliation with your bank, processor, and accounting records.
MyTabulon may connect with payment processors, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Calendar, storage, email, push notification, AI, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, pricing, content, data handling, or functionality outside our control. You may disconnect supported integrations in the app where available.
We work to keep MyTabulon reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service. Maintenance, incidents, internet outages, provider failures, and force majeure events may affect availability.
You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials, payment abuse, or security issues involving your workspace.
MyTabulon, Maximo AI, our software, designs, interfaces, workflows, logos, trademarks, documentation, and platform technology are owned by Maximo AI LTD or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or create competing services from MyTabulon except as allowed by law or a written agreement with us.
Each party may receive non-public business, technical, financial, security, or product information from the other. Each party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for the purposes of these Terms, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.
You may stop using MyTabulon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, misuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law or a third-party provider.
After termination, we may retain or delete data according to our Privacy Policy, backup practices, legal obligations, and product deletion controls.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTabulon is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free results.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maximo AI LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of business, goodwill, data, revenue, or opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to MyTabulon will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or NGN 50,000 if you used only a free service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maximo AI LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your workspace activity, your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria, unless applicable law requires another forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the product or by email. Continued use of MyTabulon after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
