Acceptable Use Policy

01Scope and Acceptance

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use MyTabulon, operated by Maximo AI LTD. It is part of, and incorporated into, the MyTabulon Terms and Conditions. By using the platform you agree to follow this AUP, and you are responsible for the activity of everyone in your workspace.

We apply this AUP to protect our users, the people whose data you process, our infrastructure, and the integrity of the third-party services MyTabulon connects to. We may update it as the platform and the law change.

02Permission to Use Contact Data

MyTabulon lets you store and act on personal data about your clients, customers, leads, employees, and vendors. You must have a valid lawful basis and any required permission to upload, import, and process that data, and you must honor the privacy choices of the people it describes.

• Only add personal data you are entitled to process, and give your contacts any notices the law requires.
• Do not upload contact lists, databases, or records you obtained without permission, by scraping, or from an unlawful source.
• When you contact people through MyTabulon by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other channels, do so on a lawful basis and respect opt-outs and unsubscribe requests promptly.
• Keep data accurate and delete it when you no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.

03Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use MyTabulon, or allow anyone in your workspace to use it, for content or conduct that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive. Prohibited uses include:

• Anything unlawful, or that facilitates illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or the sale of prohibited or regulated goods without required authorization.
• Content that sexually exploits or endangers children, or any child sexual abuse material — which we report to the appropriate authorities.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, incitement to violence, or content that demeans people based on protected characteristics.
• Infringing someone else's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
• Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading schemes, including phishing, impersonation, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, and fake reviews.
• Promoting or coordinating violence, terrorism, self-harm, or other serious harm to people.

04Messaging and Outreach

MyTabulon connects to messaging and communication channels, and those channels have their own rules in addition to ours. When you send messages or notifications through MyTabulon:

• Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unwanted automated outreach.
• Follow the rules of each channel you use, including the WhatsApp Business messaging policies and the terms of Telegram, email providers, and any other connected service.
• Provide a clear way to opt out where required, and stop contacting people who opt out or report your messages.
• Do not spoof sender identities, forge headers, or disguise the origin or purpose of a message.

05Responsible Use of Maximo AI

Maximo AI can draft, summarize, classify, search, and prepare actions using your workspace context. You are responsible for how you use its outputs, and the following uses are not allowed:

• Generating illegal content, malware, fraud, disinformation, or deceptive synthetic media intended to impersonate or mislead.
• Using AI output to make high-stakes decisions about people — such as credit, employment, housing, or legal matters — without meaningful human review.
• Attempting to bypass safety controls, extract confidential system instructions or training data, or manipulate the model through prompt injection or similar techniques.
• Presenting AI output as independent professional, legal, medical, financial, or regulated advice when independent human review is required.
• Feeding AI personal or sensitive data you do not have the right to process.

06Payments and Financial Use

MyTabulon includes invoicing, payment links, and related financial tools. You must use them honestly and only for legitimate business activity.

• Do not use payment features for fraud, deceptive billing, unauthorized charges, money laundering, or prohibited or high-risk businesses you are not licensed to operate.
• Only request payments you are entitled to collect, and accurately describe what a payment is for.
• Comply with the rules of the payment processors and financial partners involved in a transaction.

07Technical Abuse and Security

You must not threaten the security, availability, or integrity of MyTabulon or the systems it connects to. Prohibited technical activity includes:

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, data, servers, or networks, or probing for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-extracting data beyond what features and APIs permit, or overwhelming the service with automated traffic or denial-of-service activity.
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass plan limits, billing controls, rate limits, security restrictions, or access controls.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the platform except where the law expressly allows it, and reselling or sublicensing the service without our written agreement.
• Sharing credentials, reselling access, or circumventing authentication and session controls.

08Fair Use and Resource Limits

MyTabulon plans include reasonable limits on storage, usage, automations, messaging, and AI to keep the service stable and fair for everyone. You must stay within the limits of your plan and not use the service in a way that degrades performance for other customers.

If your usage is unusually high or appears automated in a way that strains the platform, we may contact you, apply throttling, or ask you to move to a more suitable plan.

09How We Enforce

We would rather warn and work with you than disrupt your business, and we tailor our response to the severity and the risk involved. Depending on the situation, we may:

• Contact you to ask for changes, more information, or removal of content.
• Apply rate limits, throttling, or temporary feature restrictions.
• Suspend or terminate access to affected features, a workspace, or an account.
• Remove or disable content that violates this AUP or the law.
• Preserve evidence and report serious abuse — such as child sexual abuse material, fraud, or threats to life — to the relevant authorities.

10Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is misusing MyTabulon, or you have received an abusive message sent through the platform, tell us so we can investigate. Report abuse to support@mytabulon.com with as much detail as you can, including any message identifiers, screenshots, and timestamps.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the platform, connected services, and applicable law change. We will update the effective date above and, where the change is material, provide additional notice. Continued use of MyTabulon after an update means you accept the updated policy.
