The app checks the active workspace's effective subscription, subscription state, and usage caps before opening or changing protected records. Owner-created workspaces can inherit the owner's account plan from another billing-home workspace, while joined team workspaces use that company's owner plan. A 402 response usually means the effective plan is free, inactive, or has reached a limit for that feature. File Manager checks file count, storage, and per-file upload size: Free 50 MB, Plus 250 MB, Pro 2 GB, and Max 10 GB. AI Images checks image credits, daily and personal caps, model access, source limits, File Manager count, and storage. Yes. The AI Live Browser provides complete team member isolation. Each team member is assigned an independent, private Chromium process and browser profile. When you sign in to a site (like GitHub or Salesforce) in the AI Browser, your session cookies, local storage, and cached logins are encrypted and backed up separately. Other members of your team or workspace cannot see, access, or inherit your saved browser logins, ensuring maximum privacy and security.

Older builds registered one browser bridge for the whole MyTabulon account, so two installed Chrome profiles could replace each other and leave both showing Chrome's debugging banner. Secure Browser 1.0.4 scopes the bridge to the originating chat and profile. Only the focused MyTabulon tab can claim that profile, other profiles and background chats stay idle, and a displaced profile detaches immediately. Remove the older unpacked extension from each profile and load the 1.0.4 folder in the profile you want to use.

Chrome's Load unpacked picker accepts an extension folder, not a ZIP archive. On Mac, cancel the picker and double-click mytabulon-secure-browser.zip in Finder. Then click Load unpacked again and select the extracted mytabulon-secure-browser folder that contains manifest.json directly inside it.

Choose You in the live browser before entering credentials. Maximo detaches from the tab and Chrome focuses the real user-owned tab, so passwords and verification codes stay private. After the site finishes signing in, return to MyTabulon and choose AI. Maximo reattaches to that exact tab and continues with the authenticated session. The bridge applies to normal HTTP(S) sites generally and is not hardcoded to individual providers.

The user-owned Secure Browser handoff requires desktop Chrome on a computer because Chrome on mobile cannot load the extension or expose the debugger connection it needs. Mobile users can still use MyTabulon's separate cloud live browser. While AI control is active on desktop, Maximo keeps the supported browser toolset for navigating, reading pages, managing tabs, clicking, typing, scrolling, keyboard input, dropdowns, file inputs, screenshots, and console or network diagnostics. Chrome internal pages, browser permission dialogs, CAPTCHAs, passkeys, and other website-enforced human-only challenges may still require you to take control.

RPB means Real Performance Benchmark. It is MyTabulon's evidence-adjusted public model score for real agentic business work, combining task completion, tool call accuracy, reasoning, safety, user sentiment, latency, and cost efficiency.

Global search can find feature pages plus clients, leads, inventory, invoices, quotes, deals, projects, tasks, files, expenses, team members, and AI chats within the active company when the signed-in user's role allows it. Member file results are limited to files and folders they uploaded, added, or generated, and sensitive owner/admin destinations stay hidden.

Payment links use long random tokens. Share the generated link, receipt, PDF, or email with customers, not a dashboard URL. The invoice number helps the business identify a document but is not the secret.

Business Memory stores durable company knowledge for Maximo AI: facts, preferences, style, source records, private notes, approved memories, retention rules, provenance, and conflict checks. It is available only to business owners and administrators. Company memories describe shared business facts; first-person or personal work memories stay private to the originating user. Members, Viewers, and Employee Viewers cannot open memory, search it through Maximo chat or voice, receive selected memory in AI context, or have their chats silently captured into company memory.
